The personal information we collect on this page will be used solely for event registration, contacting you, and recording your check-in at the event, and will not be used for any other purpose. We will not sell your information, nor will we share it with any third party other than the technology service providers necessary to deliver these services. Your information is stored on servers located in the United States operated by our technology service provider, Supabase, and is protected by appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfer. Unless you request earlier deletion, we will retain your information for three years from the date of your most recent attendance at our events. You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. To exercise any of these rights or if you have any questions, please speak with one of our volunteers at the event.
