=== 🍂🍂🍂 正念踏秋｜穿越柏林金色电车秘境 🍂🍂🍂 === 柏林漫长而阴郁的冬季到来之前，秋天正把这座城市最绚丽的颜色留给我们。 这个周六，一起前往柏林东郊 Woltersdorf，乘着森林电车的方向，走进层林渐染的秋日秘境。金黄色的树叶、穿过树林的铁轨、斑驳的阳光，还有湖畔的微风，都值得我们放慢脚步，认真感受。 这次，我们将沿着森林步道徒步，在自然中开展简单的正念体验。观察树叶的颜色，聆听风吹过树林的声音，感受脚步与土地的接触，让注意力从日常的忙碌中暂时抽离，回到眼前的秋天。 带着觉察走进森林，珍惜冬日来临前这段短暂而美好的时光。 活动时间：2026年10月31日（周六）12:00 集合 集合地点：S Rahnsdorf 车站 活动路线：Rahnsdorf 出发，沿森林步道探索87路电车沿线的秋日风景，并视天气、路况和团队节奏安排后续徒步。途中将在森林中进行自然观察与正念小活动，之后可前往 Woltersdorfer Schleuse 一带欣赏湖畔风景。 出行准备：请穿着保暖、舒适且适合步行的衣物和防滑鞋，带好雨伞或雨衣。森林里可能比市区更冷，建议采用方便增减的分层穿衣方式，并自备饮用水和少量食物。 温馨提醒：本次活动以户外徒步和自然体验为主，请根据自身情况安排体力。途中注意林间湿滑路面，拍摄电车时请站在安全、允许通行的位置，切勿进入轨道范围。活动路线将根据当天的天气与现场情况适当调整。 秋色不会停留太久。趁阳光还在，趁树叶仍然金黄，一起走进森林，用脚步感受秋天，用觉察收藏这个季节。 活动关键词： 正念踏秋、森林徒步、自然观察、柏林秋日
