结合全身穴位按导、经络保健知识与小组交流,通过实操学习梳脸、肩颈、腰背、腹部、膝盖等日常穴位调理方式,帮助舒缓疲劳、促进循环、疏通经络,并提升身体觉察与健康管理意识。 适合日常保健实践,协助身心能量平衡,促进自我调理、排毒与疗愈,培养更健康和谐的生活状态。 This program combines full-body acupoint guidance, meridian wellness knowledge, and group sharing sessions. Through hands-on practice, participants will learn daily acupoint care techniques for the face, shoulders, neck, lower back, abdomen, knees, and other body areas, helping to relieve fatigue, improve circulation, unblock meridians, and enhance body awareness and health management. Suitable for daily wellness practice, it supports mind-body energy balance, encourages self-care, detoxification, and healing, while cultivating a healthier and more harmonious lifestyle.
