在一杯咖啡的时间里,放慢节奏,回归当下。透过正念品饮与觉察练习,细细感受咖啡的香气、温度与层次,在简单的日常中体验深度的宁静与专注。 “静观流”是一种在流动中保持觉知的练习,在每一口品味之间,观照身心变化,让思绪渐渐沉淀,回到清明与安定的状态。 ✨ 正念品饮 ✨ 感官觉察 ✨ 放慢节奏 ✨ 回归当下 👉 备注:本活动一天设有两场时段,欢迎选择任一场参与,亦可多场参加 午 [14:00–15:30] 晚 [19:00–20:30] 🫗 Mindful Coffee · Flow of Stillness ☕️ Within the time of a cup of coffee, slow down and return to the present moment. Through mindful tasting and awareness practices, participants are guided to experience the aroma, warmth, and subtle layers of coffee — discovering calmness and focus within everyday simplicity. “Flow of Stillness” is a practice of maintaining awareness within movement. With each sip, observe the body and mind, allowing thoughts to settle and gently return to clarity and inner balance. ✨ Mindful tasting ✨ Sensory awareness ✨ Slowing down ✨ Returning to the present moment 👉 Remarks: There are two sessions available in one day.
